your tasks

• it's the engineer level that qualified as experienced technical person with broad job knowledge and skill set.
• will work on customer site occasionally to solve technical problem and support assignment with clear definition.
• has the ability to cooperate with field services and support projects requiring coordination with other functions & customers.
• has the ability to solve a broad range of hardware or software problems of varying scope and complexity.
• has the ability to repair, maintenance and upgrade r&s test and measurement equipment. prepare service report and test report.
• has the ability to calibrate test & measurement equipment either in r&s test labs or on the customer site. prepare calibration report and certificates accordingly.
• has the ability to answer customer’s technical questions involved hw malfunctions and parameter confusion.
• follow and maintain the company management systems.

your qualifications

• bachelor or master's degree or university degree or equivalent, major in in ee, automation, computer science, test & measurement.
• typically, 4-5 years relevant experience in technical support.
• has experiences and knowledge with rf measurements and measurement techniques.
• proven ability of soldering and de-soldering technique.
• good communication skills both for internal and external customers.
• good english in writing and speaking.
