• be part of the change management process
• make cmdb audits to detect unauthorized changes
• connect the cmdb to new upcoming data sources
• frequently report the data quality of the cmdb
• intense cooperation with the it service management and the configuration manager
• intense cooperation with all necessary departments in div. 12 to align cmdb tasks

qualifikationen

• university degree in it or equivalent vocational training
• good knowledge of itil processes
• good understanding of a cmdb (configuration management database)
• good communication skills
• teamplayer
• knowledge of servicenow is an advantage
• experience upto 5 years
