your tasks

• increase the telephone support capacity of the gsd to offer better support times and higher performance in case of major outages
• overtake worldwide soc level one (categorize possible cyber-attacks per email)
• realize remote support based on tickets and translator function
• provide international support using the servicenow virtual agent in teams.
• support the servicenow developement team

your qualifications

• university degree in it or similar education
• 2-5 years of experience in the industry
• experience in 1st level support based on microsoft windows and standard client hardware
• experience in the development of servicenow incident- and request models could be an advantage
• team player
• german skills can be an advantage
