高分辨率 (hd) 模式通过数字滤波将 r&s®rto6 示波器的垂直分辨率最高增加到 16 位。分辨率越高，波形越清晰，进而显示更多可能被噪声遮蔽的信号细节。在 16 位垂直分辨率下，信号在模数转换器后进行低通滤波。在 10 khz 至 2 ghz 的范围内调整低通滤波器带宽以匹配待测信号的特性：滤波器带宽越低，分辨率越高。
