your tasks

• market development of r&s test and measurement products
• planning and implementation of sales activities within the assigned region / book of accounts
• developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• identification of new business opportunities
• involvement in and ownership of complete sales cycle

your qualifications

• bachelor / master’s degree from a reputable university in electronic engineering, communication engineering, radio technology, rf & microwave, or related fields
• at least 3 years of relevant working experience in rf / test & measurement / telecommunications or semi-conductor industries
• familiarity with rf equipment is highly preferred (e.g.: spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• experience in crm systems such as salesforce or sap will be an added advantage
• customer focus, analytical skills, and sales orientation
• strong communication, presentation, and business negotiations skills
• great teamwork and working attitude
• proficiency in english
• polish citizenship is required
