rohde & schwarz north america is expanding its sales management team in the test and measurement division. we are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of region manager to be located in the bay area. the region manager will be responsible for meeting their quota through leading, developing, coaching and mentoring their sales and support team.
your tasks
- exceed sales quota through the direct management and leadership of a high-performance sales team.
- maintain a strong focus on expanding and growing our business.
- collaborate with all surrounding team resources including business development managers, fellow region managers, sales specialists, product marketing, industry segment managers and channel partners.
- recruit and build a highly motivated, results-oriented sales team that aligns with our objectives, goals and culture.
- personally develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
- prioritize your time on high-impact activities that enable, train, develop and grow your team.
- assist all sales team members in their understanding and use of a well-defined sales process.
- ensure the consistent use of our crm system (sales funnel, contact management, activity logging, leads, etc) and all other communication and productivity tools.
- maintain focus on key performance indicators to ensure sales and business development objectives are met.
- consistently coach all members of your team by way of regularly attending field customer visits and other activities.
