rsna product managers serve as liaisons between our munich-based product lines and u.s. sales teams to ensure our north american customers' needs and expectations are fulfilled at the highest level. this product manager is responsible for all product management activities for spectrum and phase noise analyzer products in the united states and canada. the ideal candidate demonstrates deep technical product and marketing knowledge, skills, and experience. this person will intensely focus on producing customer-specific messaging, content, and training to ultimately maximize product line growth.
your tasks
- develop and execute a strategy to maximize order income growth of the spectrum and phase noise analyzer product line in north america
- represent the munich-based product line in north america, effectively linking the product lines with customers and our sales organization
- collaborate closely with headquarters in germany and regional counterparts to leverage aspects of global initiatives and innovate where necessary to address unique needs for the north american market
- develop and share with the product line a deep understanding of customer needs in all the key application areas for spectrum and phase noise analyzers
- coordinate with the product line, sales, and outbound marketing teams to lead the introduction of new products in north america
- analyze market performance to understand and identify gaps in the portfolio product fit
- provide product aligned support for sales and outbound marketing
- develop a working perspective of the sales process and competitors in the spectrum and phase noise analyzer application areas within the various market segments
- work with marketing operations to continuously improve product line metrics such as dashboards and maintain competitive pricing analysis
- leverage deep product, marketing, and sales process knowledge to produce high-value sales tools, to effectively train the north american sales organization
