we are seeking a highly strategic and customer-focused account manager to lead, manage, and grow a single large key account in the greater seattle area. this role requires ownership of the full customer relationship—from executive leadership to hands-on engineering teams—and accountability for long-term revenue growth and strategic alignment.
your tasks
- serve as the primary owner and trusted advisor for a single, large strategic account
- develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned to the customer’s business and technology roadmap
- build and sustain relationships across all levels—from c-suite and executive leadership to engineering and end users
- identify, develop, and close opportunities across the full portfolio of rohde & schwarz solutions
- drive account penetration and share-of-wallet growth within multiple business units and application areas
- lead complex, long-cycle sales engagements requiring coordination across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
- partner closely with application engineers and internal teams to deliver high-value, solution-based outcomes
- maintain a strong, accurate sales funnel and forecast for the account
- act as the voice of the customer, providing insight to product management, marketing, and leadership teams
